HOUSE RULES

To make your stay in our facility for you and all the other guests as memorable, restful and relaxing as possible, we ask you to observe the following rules:
 
1. It is not allowed to house more people in the apartment as booked.

2. Please treat the furniture carefully, so the other guests also have their enjoyment.

3. Do not let your domestic animal on the bed or the couch.

4. Please behave quietly during Siesta from 1.30pm until 4.00pm (also at the pool) and at night from 0.00am to 8.00am.

5. Please sort your waste and dispose of your waste in the provided waste conainers.

6. For reasons of hygiene, there is a "swimming cap duty" for using the pool.

7. Please note that you are for your children responsible at the pool. There is no attendance.

8. Before using the pool, it is mandatory to take a shower.

9. Please have respect for other guests at the pool.

10. In the "Lavanderia" there are two washing machines available. Please use them only if you fill a machine completely, so that other guests can use the machines too.

11. You are asked to treat the rented mountain bikes carefully.

12. In the area of the bar or the pool an Internet access via WiFi is available. Please ask for the corresponding code at the bar.

13. Please park your vehicle only in the assigned parking place. Please use the driveways on our property only for loading and unloading at the arrival or departure.

14. Please do not flush down the toilet any waste, toiletries or baby wipes etc. This will spare us major repairs.

15. We ask in the interest of harmonious co-existence, to respect those rules. Our staff is instructed to monitor compliance with the rules and, where appropriate, to address violations.
 
 
If you do not find something to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to confront us with it. We will try as quickly as possible to remedy the situation.
